Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in South Windsor, CT. This is a 1st shift, temp-to-permanent opportunity offering competitive pay and long‑term growth potential.

Responsibilities Perform inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products.

Verify products meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.

Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to ensure accuracy.

Document inspection results and maintain quality records.

Identify defects and communicate issues to production or quality teams.

Support continuous improvement and compliance initiatives.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications Must have previous experience in the aerospace industry.

Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience required.

Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and technical documents.

Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools required.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
