Head of Project Management

Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and or initiatives and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Provides subject matter expertise based on established project management techniques. Lead complex, multiworkstream provider network initiatives from initiation through implementation, including network expansion, optimization, and compliance projects
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate crossfunctional teams including Provider Contracting, Provider Reimbursement, IT, Compliance, and Operations
Serve as primary project stakeholder liaison, ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; Track and report project performance metrics, milestones, and deliverables to senior leadership
Drive process improvement and standardization within provider network operations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience, including healthcare or provider network operations
• Proven experience managing largescale, crossfunctional healthcare projects
• Formal project management training or certification preferred (PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma)
• Strong understanding of provider network functions such as contracting, credentialing, reimbursement, and network performance
• Experience working with health plans, provider organizations, managed care, or valuebased arrangements
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms

Advanced project planning, organization, and execution skills
Strong stakeholder management and relationshipbuilding skills
Comfortable managing ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fastpaced healthcare environment
This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite, on average, 3 days per week. We are open to candidates located near one of the following office locations: Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
