Leadership opportunity for a full time Chief CRNA at the Surgery Center of Naples, in beautiful Naples, Florida.

Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment, obtaining and/or verifying patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks with the patient, induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia, monitoring of the patient's physiological condition, and performance of clinical intervention as needed.

Requirements include a current license as a registered professional nurse, graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education, certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists, proven leadership skills, prior leadership experience, strong business acumen, relationship/team building abilities, and excellent communication skills.
