RN- Health Care (Full-Time

Job Type: Full Time.

How you'll contribute Will assess the patient and plan care within set time‑frames and document findings according to policies.

Will oversee and supervise the shift, delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc., ensuring nursing policies and procedures are followed.

Will monitor patients for changes in condition and respond accordingly, up to and including notifying the physician.

RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration.

Consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients.

Deliver quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competencies.

Assists or performs comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients.

What we're looking for Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school with valid RN licensure.

Experience: One year or more of behavioral health experience highly preferred.
