Work Environment\n This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexible working conditions, but will involve interactions with clients and their families through virtual means. Our Hospice Center focuses on a compassionate care approach, underlining the importance of emotional and mental well-being as part of family support.

Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children, focusing on developmental milestones and challenges. \Engage actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring tailored support for each child and their family. \Monitor and document outcomes throughout the intervention process, adjusting strategies in collaboration with the family and other team members as necessary. \Provide emotional support and guidance to families, empowering them with skills and information to facilitate their child’s development. \Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to the Natural Learning Environment Practices when interacting with children and families. \Establish rapport and maintain ongoing communication with children, their families, and the interdisciplinary team to foster a healthy learning atmosphere. \Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations pertaining to social work and child mental health. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n The primary focus of this role will revolve around families with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental disabilities or delays. Our approach is family-centered, assisting in the growth and learning of these young children while supporting their families through challenges they might face. By providing Early Intervention (EI) support, the LCSW plays a crucial role in helping children acquire vital skills essential for their long-term development.
