Maverick Golf and Ranch Club, set outside of Fort Worth, TX. Maverick Golf and Ranch Club is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the Facilities Department. The Facilities Maintenance Technician maintains all building equipment in good working condition, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical; ground support equipment, and maintenance/cleaning equipment. Key Responsibilities • Complete all maintenance and repair tasks as directed by Facilities and Operations management. • Monitor operation and proper use of all equipment and systems. • Maintain all operation buildings/structures and temporary office trailers. • Trouble shoot and repair issues throughout the club and community. • Answer and respond to maintenance calls for assistance. • Identify any issues regarding safety, hazardous conditions, or maintenance needs. • Monitor the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment. • Communicate information related to tasks and projects that will impact service within other departments. • Follows procedures for use of Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance. • Meet with vendors and suppliers to discuss scope of, and products and materials used in repair activities. • Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. • Assists Facilities Engineer in maintaining and repairing fire and life safety systems, room equipment, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, kitchen appliances, refrigeration equipment, pool and pool equipment, lighting, laundry equipment and other systems/equipment as directed. • Manage building check lists to ensure the building assets are managed and serviced according to schedule. • Other duties and special projects as assigned.Qualifications • A High School Diploma or equivalent • Must have a valid Drivers License. • Proficiency in general maintenance and use of hand tools, including painting, sanding, and basic electrical. • Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs or other drainage problems. • Carpentry ability to handle basic repairs around the building.Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
