Once promoted to Crew Chief, technicians typically earn $20–$30 per hour, including commission opportunities.Paid training is provided, and advancement is based on performance, reliability, customer service, and ability to safely lead jobs.RequirementsAbility to lift, push, and carry ~50 lbsComfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spacesAbility to work Saturdays and overtimeStrong work ethic and reliabilityGood communication and customer service skillsMechanical aptitude is a plus (not required)CC & SS Inc., While we are licensed to operate under the Stanley Steemer brand, please note that we are a separate and distinct legal entity from Stanley Steemer.
