As a Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or Master), you will:

Install, service, and maintain solar PV systems, battery storage, EV chargers, generators, and related electrical equipment .

Read, interpret, and implement electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems efficiently using proper testing equipment.

Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) , OSHA standards, and True Texas Solar quality procedures.

Collaborate with solar, roofing, and construction teams to deliver seamless, code-compliant installations.

Communicate effectively with customers to ensure understanding of system functionality and safety.

Valid TDLR Electrical License (Journeyman or Master required).

Proficiency in residential and commercial electrical work , including service panels, sub-panels, transformers, switch gear, and system upgrades.

Experience with solar PV, solar roofs, battery storage, EV chargers, and generator installations (training provided if limited experience).

Skilled with electrical testing devices, hand tools, and power tools.

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
