Physical Therapist, Dayton Osteopathic Hospital, Huber Heights, OH. In cooperation w/referral source, prov therapy evaluation to determine extent of symptoms &/or functional limitations relevant to diagnosis. Direct patient care, day to day patient scheduling, supervision of Physical Therapist Assts & students, consultation w/physicians & other team members, documentation in elec medical record, QA & performance improvement (QAPI), clinical educ, guest relations & billing for patient services rendered &other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, active State of Ohio Physical Therapist License & CPR certified. Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 14 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.Our mission is to live God’s love by promoting and restoring health.
