How We Empower Our BCBAs: Competitive Compensation with Profit Sharing – We offer total compensation ranging from $93,500–$115,000 for non-leadership roles, which is including of earning potential through profit-sharing bonuses.

Building Better Outcomes Together: Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for all clients on your caseload
Provide supervision, guidance, and ongoing feedback to RBTs and supporting staff, ensuring alignment with Bloomwell’s clinical quality standards
Track, monitor, and analyze client data to make informed adjustments and optimize treatment outcomes
Partner with caregivers to strengthen engagement and ensure effective application of ABA strategies in the home environment
Master's Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or within 3 months of taking the Boards.
Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
