Responsibilities
Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Generate new business through calls, referrals, and follow-up
Meet or exceed individual sales goals
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
Requirements
Sales or customer service experience
Ability to obtain or already hold insurance licenses (personal lines, Property & Casualty, Life & Health, Life all acceptable)
Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic
A passion for helping others and building long‑term relationships
