We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Journeyman Electrician who not only possesses technical expertise but also excels in building positive customer relationships through exceptional communication skills. If you have a passion for helping people, this could be the ideal job for you!
Customer Engagement:
Demonstrate strong communication skills, actively listening to customers' needs and concerns
Clearly explain electrical issues and proposed solutions
Provide accurate estimates and transparent pricing to customers
Conduct a wide range of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings
Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
Ensure all work complies with local codes, city ordinances, and safety regulations
Quality Workmanship:
Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure the highest quality of work
Use precision and attention to detail in all installations and repairs
Analyze complex electrical problems and devise efficient solutions
Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and respond promptly to emergency calls

Arrive on time for training, appointments, and efficiently complete tasks
Handle confidential customer information with discretion and integrity
Work collaboratively with colleagues, providing assistance and sharing knowledge
Participation in workshops, seminars, and training programs
Mentorship and coaching to enhance technical and people skills
Must hold a valid residential wireman or Journeyman License
High school diploma or equivalent (electrical certification or apprenticeship preferred)
Texas Residential Journeyman License or Residential Wireman
Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and components
Willingness to continue education and training in the electrical field
Availability to work Monday-Friday anywhere between 7:00AM-3:30pm (or until daily tasks are complete)

Sign-On Bonus for Licensed Wireman and Journeyman: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 3 months, and an additional $1000 after 6 months of employment
