Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented, and innovative Structural Engineer with a passion for designing and analyzing building structures? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with a focus on the design, analysis, and detailing of structural systems. You will be working in a fast-paced environment on a wide variety of projects, ranging from residential to commercial and industrial structures. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Design and analyze structural systems for various types of buildings and materials, including steel, concrete, and wood.
Use structural software programs such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, and other related software for designing and modeling structures.
Perform seismic design and analysis, ensuring all designs meet local, state, and federal seismic codes and regulations.
Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
Review and approve structural shop drawings and material submittals.
Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with design.
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
A minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, specifically in the construction industry.
Proficient in structural analysis and design software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro.
Strong understanding of building codes and structural engineering standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proven track record in managing all phases of structural design, from conceptual design to construction administration.
Ability to travel to do site visits and inspections.
