Participates in the planning, deployment and ongoing support for systems and applications used by the organization, including technical problem analysis and resolution, and provides support via issue escalation.
Maintain systems and applications efficiency.
Troubleshoot problems reported by users and others in IT.
Maintain network and system security.
Assist with maintenance of servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, personal digital assistants, software deployment, security updates and patches.
Technical Certifications or associated work experience preferred.
Some experience supporting 100+ user IT environments.
Experience in supporting a 24x7 production environment.
Basic understanding of Networking architecture.
Team results oriented, flexible, proactive, and able to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations.
