Requirements

High school diploma or GED (or currently completing)

Reliable ability to commute to West Roxbury, MA (in-person position)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and patient-centered

Dependable, punctual, and able to work the posted schedule

Ability to perform physical tasks of the role (standing for extended periods, safe handling of instruments)

Willingness to learn and complete on-the-job training

Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Description

Assist the dentist during exams and procedures (chairside assistance)

Prepare and organize instruments, materials, and operatories

Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment

Take and process dental X-rays following safety protocols (training/certification encouraged)

Greet patients, update charts, and assist with basic patient intake

Provide patient comfort and explain basic oral hygiene instructions as directed

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical workspace

Perform basic office tasks as needed (scheduling support, supply management)

Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Sunday: Closed
