Our team environment is characterized by respect for every individual’s diversity, personal experiences, and ideas, as we work together towards common goals.Key Responsibilities\n\n Deliver therapeutic services directly to clients with major mental illness or severe emotional disorders through both teletherapy sessions and community outreach.\n Utilize evidence-based practices in assessments, screenings, and the development of care plans tailored for individual client requirements.\n Complete necessary documentation and reporting in a timely manner, adhering to organizational policies, professional ethics, and legal requirements.\n Participate in training, quality improvement initiatives, and committee activities aimed at enhancing service delivery across the agency.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\nIn this role, you will work with a diverse client population primarily consisting of individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Many clients may come from underprivileged backgrounds, experiencing barriers to traditional healthcare services, making your understanding of their unique challenges critical.
