GQR – Life Sciences Division
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our growing Life Sciences division in a delivery-focused recruiting role . You will work closely with our team to understand client requirements, develop strong candidate pipelines, and manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through successful placement.

Manage the full recruitment delivery process , from candidate identification and sourcing through interview coordination and successful placement
Partner closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified Life Sciences professionals across relevant disciplines
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify high-caliber candidates
Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit
Proven experience as a Recruiter within a staffing, recruiting, executive search, or talent solutions environment
Strong delivery/recruiting experience with a demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates
Experience recruiting within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, or related industries preferred
Strong sourcing skills and experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Experience working with an ATS/CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting and placement targets
