In this role, you'll lead the successful onboarding, training, and integration of new suppliers, acquired facilities, and strategic partners into Victaulic's fabrication operations, serving as the primary training and certification resource for external partners and newly integrated facilities. You'll work closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and partner organizations to drive standardization, support certification efforts, and facilitate the successful implementation of Victaulic manufacturing and fabrication processes across the network.
