Installation Maintenance Electrician Apprentice

Day Shift Available
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician Apprentice to join our manufacturing team in Houston. This position is responsible for assisting with the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience bending conduit, pulling wire, reading blueprints, and performing low-voltage and medium-voltage wiring in an industrial environment.

Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of equipment and sub-assemblies

Bend conduit and pull wire according to project specifications

Perform low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) wiring and terminations

Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems

Report defective materials or equipment issues to supervisors

Participate in safety meetings and training programs

2-4 years of experience as a licensed electrician apprentice

Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, and electrical terminations

Familiarity with assembly tools, measuring devices, and shop mathematics

Education & Training

High School Diploma or GED required

Enrollment in an accredited electrical apprenticeship program preferred

Previous manufacturing or industrial electrical experience

Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs frequently

Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the shift

Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts and overtime as needed

Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned facility
