Porter Housekeeper - FULL TIME WORK
Carlisle Residential Properties
We are seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join our team in Fayetteville, NC, at Cedar Creek Apartments! This position ensures cleanliness of Common Areas, including corridors, foyers, stairwells, and vending areas, in order to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality service.
Polish and clean mirrors, room numbers on guest room doors, and elevator doors.
Obtain supplies for amenity spaces as needed and care for cleaning equipment.
Remove dust, cobwebs, debris, fingerprints, etc. Arrange and clean behind furniture as needed.
Provide guest assistance, directions and information as requested.
Good communication and excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of stain removal and chemical cleaning agents, and operation of different types of equipment.
Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand for extended periods of time. Lifting may including equipment or furniture weighing up to 70 lbs.
