Concrete Form Setter, Carpenter, Finisher
Hiring experienced Concrete Form Setters for high-end custom homes and commercial projects throughout the Phoenix area. Work includes structural concrete, form setting, rebar placement, concrete pours, and finishing.
Responsibilities:

Set and install forms for walls, columns, foundations, and structural concrete
Install and tie rebar
Assist with concrete pours and placement
Finish concrete using bull floats, power screeds, and hand tools
Read measurements and layout forms accurately
Use hand and power tools safely
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Travel to job sites throughout the Valley
Requirements:

• 5+ years of concrete form setting experience
• Experience with structural concrete, walls, columns, and foundations
• Experience with rebar placement and concrete finishing
• Ability to read a tape measure and work from dimensions
• Ability to lift and perform physical outdoor work
• Reliable transportation

Residential and commercial concrete experience
Experience on custom home projects
Leadership or foreman experience

Job Type & Location:
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paradise Valley, AZ.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
