Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM | OR 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will primarily focus on shipping activities while providing cross-functional support throughout the warehouse. Ideal candidates will have forklift experience, knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes, and experience working with ERP/MRP systems.

1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience

Forklift experience required (sit-down and stand-up preferred)

Experience with ERP/MRP systems and warehouse software

Knowledge of FedEx, UPS, LTL, and international shipping processes

Experience with Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and shipping documentation

Basic computer, math, and data entry skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties

Process and prepare domestic and international shipments

Create shipping documents, labels, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and related paperwork

Load, unload, receive, and store incoming materials and merchandise

Pick, pack, stage, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently

Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

Verify inventory, maintain accurate ERP records, and assist with inventory counts

Consolidate freight and coordinate shipments with carriers

Maintain shipping schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment

Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Cross-train in receiving, order picking, and general warehouse operations as needed
