Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of infant care, including feeding, bathing, and soothing techniques. Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants is essential. Excellent communication skills required. Must be CPR and First Aid certified. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing schedules. Ability to provide a safe and secure environment for infants. Positive and energetic attitude required. Must be able to provide professional references upon request.
