What You’ll Lead Infrastructure & Systems Execute the CTO’s infrastructure strategy to support growth and scale

Own on‑prem environments: servers, storage, virtualization, and enterprise platforms

Ensure high availability for ATM telemetry, transaction processing, monitoring tools, and internal applications

Drive modernization, capacity planning, and hardware lifecycle management

Network Operations & Security Architect and oversee WAN/LAN, VPN, SD‑WAN, firewalls, wireless, and remote access

Deliver secure, resilient connectivity for ATMs, field techs, retail partners, and corporate users

Partner with CTO and Security leadership on patching, vulnerability management, and incident response

Helpdesk & End‑User Experience Lead the IT Helpdesk team with a focus on service excellence

Define SLAs, escalation paths, and performance metrics

Application Support & Operations Support ERP, CRM, ATM/recycler management systems, monitoring tools, and internal platforms

Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and vendor coordination

Deliver system walk-throughs and training for new or enhanced applications
