Crew Counselor
Navy Region Southwest Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR)
Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) San Diego seeks credentialed clinicians to join as Deployed Resiliency Counselors aboard Navy ships. The role focuses on short-term, solution-focused counseling for deployed forces in port or at sea.
You will collaborate with SARC and Family Advocacy, provide safety planning and crisis intervention, and engage in resiliency programs to enhance crew readiness during deployments.
