Whether you prefer being onsite, working remotely, or a hybrid approach, the choice is yours. We're looking for a sharp, motivated Associate Attorney to join our Tacoma, WA litigation team. You'll be a core part of how we serve our clients — handling substantive work from day one, with real responsibility and direct access to firm partners. You'll draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, represent clients in trial, arbitration, and mediation, and provide strategic counsel that actually moves the needle.
- Draft and file motions, pleadings, and discovery with precision and persuasion
Deliver sound legal advice grounded in real litigation experience
Own your docket — manage day-to-day litigation tasks and meet billable targets
3+ years of civil litigation experience (you've done this before and enjoyed it)
- A track record of drafting and arguing motions that hold up in court
- Background in construction or casualty claims? Bonus opportunities
