Registered Nurse RN - $41.55 starting wages for Nights 7p-7a (Brighton, MI)
Our Registered Nurses provide specialized care to patients across orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess patient needs and implement care using the latest technology while collaborating with a strong interdisciplinary team.

Wage: Base $34.15 per hour with an additional $4.00 per hour for night shift, plus $3.40 per hour Hero Pay, and yearly wage increases. Night shift position starts at $41.55 per hour.

Scheduling Options

12‑hour shifts (rotating weekends and some holidays)

Day shift 7:00 am-7:00 pm (part‑time available)

Night shift 7:00 pm-7:00 am (full‑time and part‑time available)

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.

Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.

Provide preventive and supportive care focused on patients’ physiological and psychosocial well‑being.

Oversee the Nurse Aide team, give direction and assignments, provide training, and contribute to recognition and evaluation.

Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.

Qualifications

Current RN license in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher.

Strong analytical skills for personalized care planning, effective nursing and rehabilitation, and problem‑solving.

Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
