Are you an experienced SLP looking to run and grow a practice? Our All Star Physical Therapy location in La Quinta, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. We are in the process of opening a new location dedicated just to Speech Therapy and want you to lead it. We pride ourselves on our family-like culture and loyal patient following, and we're seeking someone who shares our strong work ethic and passion for excellent care. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence based therapy, documenting progress and interdisciplinary team members to support outcomes. We are thrilled with our new AI documentation software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients and grow a business. Compensation: $50- $65/hour + productivity bonus, paid continued education and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
