Site Civil Engineering

We are seeking a full-time Civil Engineer with 1–4 years of professional experience to support land development site design and engineering projects as part of a collaborative project team.

Assist in land development site design analysis with project team members, working on conventional plans, surveys, investigations, structures, and related engineering elements

Prepare complete project documentation, including plans, specifications, and engineering estimates

Collect, assemble, and organize project data to support design and project execution

Evaluate, select, and adapt standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to assigned projects

Plan and coordinate detailed aspects of engineering work across multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects

Assist in the preparation of project scopes, tasks, budgets, and schedules

Collaborate with contractors and other project team members

Attend project meetings and present assigned aspects of engineering assignments and projects

1–4 years of professional experience supporting civil site and drainage design projects

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Grading, drainage, and utility design

Proficiency with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D

Analytical skills for engineering calculations related to design, analysis, testing, and implementation

Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications

Capability to prepare drawings, specifications, acceptance test procedures, and maintenance or training documentation

Knowledge of project budget and schedule tracking
