We're seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a 12-week contract in Chicago, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled critical care nurse who thrives in high-acuity settings and wants a consistent, reliable contract with a trusted hospital system.

• Responsibilities
Provide high-level critical care to complex, unstable patients
Perform continuous assessment, monitoring, and intervention
Manage ventilators, drips, and advanced ICU equipment
Respond quickly to sudden changes in patient condition
Communicate and collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Requirements
Active Illinois RN license
2+ years ICU experience required
AHA BLS & ACLS (PALS/TNCC preferred but not required)
Strong critical-thinking and rapid decision-making skills
Ability to stay calm and focused in high-stress situations
