THE EARNINGS & MODEL YOU DESERVE:

Per-visit rates ranging from $55-$75, based on experience and insurance needs.

Tiered pay model - earn more as you take on more visits:

Tier 1 (1-20 visits/week): base rate.

Tier 2 (21-32 visits/week): +$5 per visit.

Tier 3 (33-40 visits/week): +$5 per visit.

Full-time salary range: $92K-$110K, based on experience and insurance needs.

Faster onboarding = faster earnings (start within ~2 weeks).

THE CASELOAD YOU NEED

Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan. We're confident we can fill your schedule. If we can't:

Get paid for up to 2 cancellations per month that we're unable to replace.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Degree in Physical Therapy.

Active NY license.

Minimum 1 year of U.S. clinical experience (home care preferred)

Current CPR certification.

Strong communication and bedside manner.
