LPN - CARE MANAGEMENT NURSE - FULL TIME

LPN- Full Time- Behavioral Health
Horizon Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Abbeville General Hospital in Abbeville, LA. This is a 16 bed inpatient psychiatric unit treating ages 18+. Under the supervision and/or direction of the Staff Nurse or Charge Nurse, the psychiatric Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the delivery of nursing care consistent with the treatment plan. Restore and promote patient's health by completing the nursing process.
Observe patients and reports/records their medical and physical condition appropriately.
Attend to patient personal needs (oral hygiene, toileting, bathing, dressing, etc.) Interpret the nursing and treatment needs of the patient to nonclinical staff assigned to the patient.
