Lab Tech (Microbiologist)

The microbiologist will document experiments in accordance with company policies, procedures, and protocols, demonstrating a working knowledge of microbiology tasks and the application of scientific principles and technologies. Prepare solutions, samples, and standards for use in procedures and manage materials to prevent waste or loss.

Conduct sterility and endotoxin testing in the cleanroom.

Perform environmental monitoring as needed.

Participate in the execution and optimization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment and instrumentation per cGMPs.

Bachelor's degree in Science/Biology.

1+ year of cGMP laboratory or cleanroom experience.

Proficiency in aseptic technique and microbiology.

Experience in cleanroom procedures and environmental monitoring.

Knowledge of sterility and endotoxin testing.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mundelein, IL.
