Ensure flow down and compliance to Raytheon and contract program requirements, both internally and to external suppliers

Review and disposition nonconformances and nonconforming material

Interface with customers and DCMA to ensure compliance and resolution of any reported issues

Review major deliverables to ensure contract compliance prior to delivery to customer. Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.

Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.

Education/Experience with Quality and Mission Assurance processes and tools

Experience with Microsoft Office tools

The ability to obtain and maintain an ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) clearance prior to the start date.

Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Degree focus in Aerospace Engineering

  • Experience with Quality and Mission Assurance processes
  • Competency and experience in a relevant technical discipline with understanding of engineering principles and design analysis techniques
  • Experience in Product/Process Failure Modes & Affects Analysis, Regression Analysis
  • Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection Requirements
  • Experience with Bill of Materials (BOMs) and consumable materials control
