Lotus Concepts Management is a dynamic company operating some of Colorado’s most exciting hospitality venues, including restaurants like ViewHouse, My Neighbor Felix, and Wonderyard. We are excited to announce our newest concept opening this Spring - Belles & Boots!

As a VIP Server, you will be the face of Belles & Boots, ensuring that bottle service guests, including celebrities, high-net-worth individuals, and other distinguished visitors, receive the highest level of service from arrival to departure. You will provide a high-end, VIP experience by delivering exceptional service, serving premium bottles of liquor, and assisting with the overall guest experience. Belles & Boots, opening this spring in Lodo, is Denver’s newest bar and dance hall! We seek enthusiastic VIP Servers to join our dynamic team.

Present and serve bottles of liquor, mixers, and garnishes. Table Setup & Maintenance: Set up bottle service tables with ice, glassware, mixers, and requested items. Accurately take and deliver drink and food orders. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.

Cash Handling: Process payments, handle tips, and manage transactions securely. Ensure accurate billing.

Compliance: Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies on responsible alcohol service.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders, security, and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Experience in a high-volume, upscale bar, nightclub, or restaurant preferred.

Strong customer service focus for creating exceptional experiences.

Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and premium liquors is a plus.

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

Flexible schedule including evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
