Copywriter position is a core creative contributor responsible for developing strong, concept-driven copy across campaigns, channels, and brand touchpoints. As a copywriter, you will work seamlessly with creative and marketing leadership to understand the brand strategies and plans, media requirements and objectives to create a copy foundation that sets Nutrabolt apart in all categories.**What You're Good At:*** Concept, write, and develop compelling copy for integrated campaigns across channels including digital, social, video, retail, DTC, PR, sales, and experiential.* Collaborate closely with Art Directors and Designers to build strong creative ideas, not just executions, contributing equally to concept development and refinement.* Translate creative briefs, brand strategies, and business objectives into clear, engaging, and on-brand messaging.* Adapt tone, voice, and messaging for different audiences, platforms, and formats while maintaining brand consistency.* Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Brand, Strategy, Social, Digital, Sales, and Production to ensure work meets channel needs and performance goals.* Participate actively in brainstorms, creative reviews, and working sessions, bringing ideas, references, and solutions to the table.* Demonstrate accountability by meeting deadlines, managing multiple projects, and communicating proactively when priorities shift.**What You Contribute:*** Bachelor’s degree, Ad School degree, or equivalent professional experience.* 3-6 years of copywriting experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or in-house brand environment.* A portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, strong writing craft, and experience across multiple channels.* Solid understanding of brand voice, messaging frameworks, and how ideas translate across formats.* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Familiarity with production workflows for video, social, and digital content is a plus.Wellness BenefitsNutrabolt cares about our teammates’ physical, mental, and financial wellness by providing benefits like: competitive health insurance, life insurance, mental wellness programs, 401K matching, and a Lifestyle Spending Account.We provide paid parental leave, in addition to reimbursement for expenses related to childcare, fertility treatments, legal fees, and more through our Lifestyle Spending Account.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Please review our CCPA policyBy providing your phone number, you consent to receiving text communications related to your job application via SMS from Nutrabolt.
