Recruiter - Recruiter II

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers. The ideal candidate will be adept at using applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools to identify and evaluate candidates.

Recruit, interview, and check references for potential new employees.

Manage the offer process and conduct orientation for new hires.

Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate tracking and screening evaluations.

Rely on established guidelines and instructions to perform job functions under immediate supervision.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant specialty area may be required.

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in the recruiting field or a related area.

Knowledge of commonly-used recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures.

Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.

Experience in recruiting for solution architect or sales roles.

Recent experience utilizing new recruiting tools and AI technologies.
