Senior Network Administrator
We are seeking a Senior Network Administrator to design, build, secure, and optimize our network infrastructure—playing a key role in keeping our Credit Union operating seamlessly.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage and support network infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, switches, and security systems
- Contribute to technical projects and drive successful implementation of infrastructure improvements
- Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance
- Ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and system integrity
- Respond to urgent IT incidents when needed
7–10 years of experience in network and systems administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong expertise in networking, operating systems, cybersecurity, and modern infrastructure technologies
- Experience executing technical projects and delivering reliable solutions
- Bonus: Experience with financial industry regulations is highly desirable.
Microsoft Office Suite
- Network monitoring and performance tools
- VMware
- Occasional travel may be required
- Participation in an on-call rotation
- Occasional weekend work based on project needs

Network Administrator - $90,000 to $125,000 Annually
Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
