Commercial/Corporate Attorney

Intapp’s Legal team is looking for an attorney to be based in our Charlotte, NC office to work with a small, fast-paced team that supports a global organization. Under the guidance of the Associate General Counsel, Commercial Affairs, this role provides a unique opportunity to hit the ground running on a variety of legal matters at a growing technology company.Draft, review and negotiate a variety of technology license/subscription agreements supporting international sales teams for both cloud-based solutions and on-premise software implementations.Draft and maintain form subscription, license, services and non-disclosure agreements.Advise the Sales, Client Operations and other stakeholder teams to ensure agreements are consistent with internal risk tolerance and corporate policies and processes.Advise business teams regarding legal issues presented by new product offerings and third-party relationships.Attorney (bar member in good standing)Mix of law firm and in-house legal department experience; Experience negotiating customer agreements from the software vendor perspective.Exceptional drafting, negotiation, organizational, communication and prioritization skills. Effective at managing project expectations and managing escalations of business issues.Outstanding Qualifications:Experience negotiating agreements with international customers, including UK and European customers.Knowledge of GDPR and other privacy laws affecting personal data.Experience scaling legal processes and policies for a rapidly growing global organization.You’ll be part of a growing public company, with a modern work environment that’s connected yet flexible and where your professional growth and well-being are top priorities.
