What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality circulating nursing care within the CVOR team.
Monitor patient vitals and manage perioperative protocols during cardiac surgeries.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff to ensure smooth procedures.
Document all patient care activities accurately using EPIC electronic health records.
Respond quickly to emergent patient needs and assist in the management of intraoperative complications.
Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control standards.
Assist in post-operative recovery procedures and patient education.
What You Need:
Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible to obtain one
Minimum 2 years CVOR RN experience
BLS and ACLS certifications
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
Preferred:
Prior travel nursing experience
Strong teamwork and communication skills
