The caseload spans preventive services, advanced diagnostics, surgery, and urgent care, offering a dynamic clinical environment. In this role, you will foster professional growth within the veterinary team, strengthen hospital performance in partnership with leadership, and champion consistent, evidence-based medical protocols that support long-term success.

Providing clinical direction and oversight to associate veterinarians

Coaching team members through structured performance and development discussions

Partnering with hospital leadership to guide operational and financial outcomes

Leading medical meetings to refine protocols and introduce service enhancements

Supporting recruitment, mentorship, and community engagement initiatives

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree

Active Florida veterinary license in good standing

Minimum of two years of small animal clinical experience
