What you'll be doing

Cooking complete meals from start to finish, not just one piece of the plate

Executing dishes hot, fresh, and on time every ticket, every time

Reading and juggling multiple tickets simultaneously to keep the kitchen flowing

Maintaining quality and consistency under pressure

Keeping your area prepped, clean, and ready to go

What we're looking for

Experience in a fast-paced kitchen short order, line, grill, or breakfast

Strong sense of timing and the ability to multitask without losing quality

Pride in your work the food you send out reflects you

Team mentality and solid communication in the weeds

Reliability and consistency, shift after shift
