Full-time Nanny for Infant Care

A warm and loving family in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced, caring, and engaging full-time Nanny to care for their sweet 5-month-old baby boy.

About the Family:

Adults: 2

Children: 1 (5 months old)

Pets: 1 dog (attends doggy daycare during the day)

Mom often works from home

Location: Boca Raton, Florida

Start Date: July 28, 2025

End Date: Minimum One year

Position Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, high-quality care for the baby, supporting developmental milestones.

Maintain a consistent nap and feeding schedule.

Assist with introducing solid foods at the appropriate stages.

Perform light household tasks related to the child’s care (e.g., tidying nursery, baby laundry).

Be comfortable with a dog in the household; the dog is usually at daycare during the day.

Travel: Travel with the family is unlikely for this role.

Schedule:

Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Weekends: Off

Hours: 50 hours per week guaranteed, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years caring for infants; experience supporting developmental stages from 2 to 18 months strongly preferred.

Strong, verifiable references required.

Valid driver’s license required.

CPR and First Aid certified.

Must pass thorough background checks and drug screening upon offer.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Fully vaccinated.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Rate: $30/hour — negotiable for the right candidate

Guaranteed Hours: 50 hours per week

Flexibility: Additional hours may be requested; flexibility is appreciated.
