Civil Project Manager
Trillium Construction is now seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee federal civil infrastructure projects from pre-construction through closeout.
This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, field operations, safety, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Location: Pottstown, PA or Tampa, FL
Responsibilities:

Manage construction projects from mobilization through closeout
Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Monitor project quality, safety, and contract compliance
Serve as the primary contact for clients and project stakeholders
Prepare project reports, forecasts, and risk assessments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Project preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Federal or Department of Defense project experience
PMP certification
OSHA 10/30/40 certifications
USACE QA/QC certification
