RESPIRATORY THERAPY- CRT- NIGHTS

Respiratory Therapist
Provide specialized respiratory therapy services to patients, ensuring optimal respiratory function and promoting recovery.
Assess patients respiratory status and perform diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans.
- Operate and monitor respiratory therapy equipment.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care and adjust treatments as needed.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Hold a current Respiratory Therapist license or certification.
Possess prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
Ability to work effectively during 12-hour night shifts.
Maintain certification in CPR and advanced respiratory techniques.
Willingness to work every third weekend with no on-call requirements.
