Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in ICU to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The role involves supporting and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer and monitor patient care in the ICU setting according to physician orders and institutional protocols.
Assess patient conditions, document findings, and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team.
Respond promptly to patient emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other staff to develop and modify patient care plans.
Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities.
Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, with previous Mission experience preferred.
