Night Shift - 1 CNC, 12 RNs, 1-3 sitters per week.Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2Type of Equipment: Vents, Swans, Impellas, Balloon pumps. EMR - Typical hiring profile.Most recruited for: Candidates must have ICU experience.Preferred or nice to have: Level 1 or 2 trauma experience and CV surgery experience.Typical Procedures Performed: Intubation, central lines, bronchoscopy, EVDs, ICP monitoring, Swan Pacers, bolts.Best Personality Fit: Excellent customer service skills.Floating Area(s): Doctors ICUDress Code: Scrub color/attire - Royal BlueUnit Guidelines/Policies: Every other weekend. May be placed on call if not needed on the shift scheduled. No other call expectations.General Comments: Local fill.
