ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality care to patients who require intensive monitoring and treatment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Monitor and manage patients with unstable hemodynamics and respiratory distress.
Conduct telemetry management, including interpretation of dysrhythmias and management of cardiac conditions.
Provide conscious sedation and care for various post-operative patients.
Care for central and peripheral lines, including PICC line management and heparin protocols.
Manage isolation precautions and provide care in accordance with hospital policies.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an ICU or similar environment.
Experience with arterial lines, rapid response procedures, and telemetry.
Ability to float to a sister unit as required.
12-hour day shifts with a target patient ratio of 1:3-4.

• Orientation during the first week, including EKG testing.
• Special Procedures and Equipment

Caring for a diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics with various diagnoses including respiratory distress, GI bleeds, and post-operative care.
