Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Experience: 2+ years of litigation experience
Language: Bilingual English/Spanish required
Our client, a well-established plaintiff-side law firm in Dallas, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join its team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with strong litigation experience who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to play an important role in supporting cases from initial intake through resolution. Experience in personal injury or medical malpractice is highly preferred, but not required .
Provide comprehensive paralegal support throughout the litigation process
Draft and prepare basic pleadings and other legal documents
Manage scheduling, calendaring, and important litigation deadlines
Conduct administrative and case-related tasks as needed
2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Ability to draft simple pleadings and legal correspondence
Personal injury litigation experience
Medical malpractice experience
Plaintiff-side litigation experience
Permanent, full-time position
Consistent Monday-Friday schedule
Business casual dress code
Individual office space
In-office skills/acuity assessment
