Cancellation policy states that the client may cancel up to two shifts on an 8-week assignment and up to three shifts on a 13-week assignment without penalty. If less than a fourteen-day advance notice is given by the agency, then the agency will pay a cancellation fee equal to three regular shifts for the Clinical Assigned Professional at the appropriate rate. If the client cancels an assignment before a Clinical Assigned Professional has begun working with less than a seven-day notice, the client will pay a cancellation fee of three regular shifts for the Clinical Assigned Professional.
